Anatomy of a Popiah

Lay out a piece of popiah skin....

Place a leaf of chinese lettuce across the skin....

Add garlic and sweet sauce on top of the leaf....

Add stewed turnip, prawns, egss and chinese celery to the popiah..

Wrap up the popiah...

One popiah ready to devour....

Note: when buying popiah skin, 100g is about 3 pieces.... just a caveat emptor=p
