What's A Wonderwall anyway?

Have any of you guys ever wondered what's a wonderwall? Well to be honest it doesn't really matter..... cos come 23rd feb next year...... this bad boy is gonna watch oasis live in Singapore!!!!

Woohoo!! I'm gonna be so close to Liam Gallagher that i gonna be able to feel his sweat dripping on me..... ok shit..... that sounds kinda homoerotic.... but who cares man!! =) Of cos, on the other hand, im really really poor now, so i guess that means when school reopens next sem its gonna be 1.90 zhap chai peng every day man..... haha.....

Tis the season to be jolly.......

Ho ho ho....... i'm spending the last few minutes of my X'mas typing away at my keyboard and listening to Diana Kralls Xmas jazz album..... and it's really pretty good man=)

Haha its kinda hard to believe that this is the 1st Xmas in 3 yrs that im spending as a civillian. 2002,2003 and 2004 were all sadly spent as a NSF(national serviceman fulltime) haha.....

Well this yr since i finally get to celebrate xmas as a civillian, i finally got off my lazy ass to write xmas cards. You know, it never fails to amaze me how cheap the postage system is in SG man. I mean for live a measely 23cents, they will pick up your letter from some obscure mailbox along the road and send it all the way to the addressed receipient. 23 cents!! man thats not even enuff to buy a drink.......

Another thing that always amazes me is the library system. I mean for ZERO dollars you get to borrow 4 books for 3 weeks.... and after you're done wif em, you return them and borrow new ones! For nothing! Admittedly the public libs system is funded by taxpayers money, but man im still pretty amazed at what they've managed to do with the whole electronicised library system. I mean less than a decade ago they still had the old system of chopping and stamping and library cards.....

And of cos nowadays since they've managed to start squeezing libraries into shopping centres there are a lot more regional libs, but of cos these modernised shopping center libs dont really have the "old charm" of the old ones liao.... and the new national library? Ok i'll admit its nice looking..... but for some reason it just lacks that old rustic charm of the old library..... but well ok thats enuff digresssing=p

Man soon the hols are gonna be over sighz=( In another week i'll be moving back to campus, and when sch reopens its back to "zhou sans" every morning at the canteen at 7:45...... oh well all you guys enjoy the last bits of your hols man!!

Merry Xmas and have a happy new year!!

Sunday, December 25, 2005

Yikes..looks like its 2 more weeks before I get back to the routine of arriving in school at 730, put down my bag at the exact seat, go to the canteen, buy a drink, sit down and wait for my other Bros to arrive or well...other people to sit down and talk about what goes on yesterday, today and tomorrow.

I shan't emphasize the point that this break is extremely short! And I guess I made a mistake by staying at home most of the time throughout this break! woops..haha.. but well..true to being a outdoor person, I visited the macritchie tree top walkway for the 4th time...at the request of my best friend..ok..my gay partner or suck cock buddy...

So, next time if you guys wanna go tree top walkway..ask me..but I won't lead you there haha..but for those army dudes...you'll be damm familar with that place anyway.

Right..I'll post the pics some other day when my cock friend send me the pics..cuz he took the pics for me and I took the pics for him..so...I send him the pics and he hasn't send me MINE..argg..right..thats it..enjoy the last few days...

Merry Christmas anyway!

The Pharmacist

A girl asks her boyfriend to come over Friday night and have dinner with her parents. Since this is such a big event, the girl tells him that after dinner, she would like to have sex with him for the first time. The boy is ecstatic, but he has never had sex before, so he takes a trip to the pharmacy to get some condoms. The pharmacist helps the boy for about an hour.

He tells the boy everything there is to know about condoms and sex. At the register, the pharmacist asks the boy how many condoms he'd like to buy a 3-pack, 10-pack or family pack. The boy insists on the family pack because he thinks he will be rather busy, it being his first time and all.

That night, the boy shows up at the girls’ parents’ house and meets his girlfriend at the door. "Oh I'm so excited for you to meet my parents, come on in!". The boy goes inside and is taken to the dinner table where the girl's parents are seated. The boy quickly offers to say grace and bows his head.

A minute passes, and the boy is still deep in prayer, with his head down. 10 minutes pass, and still no movement from the boy. Finally, after 20 minutes with his head down, the girlfriend leans over and whispers to the boyfriend, "I had no idea you were this religious." The boy turns, and whispers back, "I had no idea your father was a pharmacist!"

My peers tell me they need inspiration to write a blog entry... But I find writing an entry so easy! Its just opening the internet browser and typing anything that sounds like crap inside... You need inspiration and proper thinking to write one that makes sense and of cuz makes ppl think..

To prove my point.. This is my entry..

Gotcha Sleepy-eyes! ;)

Wassup peeps! Long time since I've posted anything heh... And since it was after CAs I've no good excuse to offer. =P But hey, hope this brings some good cheer to you all! Here's my long, long, long-awaited Sleepers Hall of Fame. Owing to the stupid cap this blog site seems to put on photos, I've to choose the top 5 chumps who fell prey to voyeuristic cameras! Here goes... (if you happen to feel 'left out' it really wasn't intentional)

In 5th place we have Yours Truly (good sport that I am lol...) shot by Anonymous in our beloved 2nd home, the med. library:

In 4th place we have the sleepiest member of our OG who is blessed with the ability to sleep anywhere, anytime (hats off to you Liyana! you could join the army with this 'talent'):

In 3rd place we have Godzilla's favourite advocate of 'share the love', if you know what I mean heh... Again caught in our 2nd home, with Leo posing beside him, Bo!: (p.s. he was snoring, people were staring but who cares? i do the same lol!)

In 2nd place, just to ensure all sides equal, we have the life of the party, Leo! Caught once again in the med. library (we need to get a damn life man... cooped up in that crap place way too often, the seniors are right!):

Now I had to, just HAD to award 1st place to this person. She rarely sleeps in school, somehow finds energy to take notes in the most boring of lectures (good for me, I sit next to her!), and is absolutely alert for my camera presence! It was like a hunter stalking up on the unsuspecting deer haha, but I did it! Presenting Serene, asleep in her homegrounds, LT29:

Well that about wraps up my Sleepers Hall of Fame, enraged exposees are welcome to air their grievances in the side column or just wait till the next OG outing to kill me. Speaking of which, WHAT HAPPENED TO THE UBIN OUTING?!?!? Lol...

The Quest to find the One movie...............

Lol after quite some searching i finally managed to find the actual title of the movie that has stayed in my memory after so many years of watching it..... Now all i have to do is to print this out and start scouring the VCD shops in the old towns for it haha........

Look at the stars, Look how they shine for you.......

Lol lounging in front of the com, listening to Katie Melua, no need to wake up early tml....... ah that's the life man. I've always been a nocturnal kind of person..... i guess i just find the night much more relaxing, serene and of cos more cooling lol...

But i think one of the best simple pleasures u can have in life is spending time wif your mates at night, just chilling out and talking cock..... Some people prefer chillaxing at pubs but personally since im not really an alcohol person(yes really...) i'm more of a supper kind of guy.

For some reason, when u chat with people late at night they tend to be more open(yes even without the effects of alcohol;p) I guess after a long day when it's late at night people tend to be more relaxed and hence let down their guard a little....

Well but anyways there's supper wif my OG at my former "nights out" spot tml night...... changi village=p The nasi lemak's good of cos, but the char kway teow and the ipoh horh fun is pretty good too.... and after supper we can all go look at *ahem* "stuff" haha....

I've always wondered if this picture of myself qualified for the tourism's posters for a couple of countries.

Please don't laugh, its not good to laught at other people's weird looks. I took this when I had a bad haircut and of course wearing my pair of army specs after sending my glasses for repairs! I hope the tourism departments want it.

Uniquely Singapore? -There is only one Leonard that looks like this in the world

Malaysia - Truely Asia?

Amazing Thailand? I don't hafta elaborate

Its officially the start of the holidays for me and I'm just loving every bit of it. Its the feeling of not having that nagging thought of studying and that guilt of not studying at all that really made my day.

FRS ended on a good note today with my group getting the third prize, I really gotta thank bryan and cheryl for doing such a good presentation and of course not forgetting the all important people who did all the research in which I just copied and did up the slides effectively not contributing anything!

Well, I went out for lunch and then went to Jurong East to changed my badly scratched lenses on my specs and well, fortunately I had the company of Bo, if not I'll be bored to death. Guess what, I saw my Engineer Coursemate in the optician! What a surprise! He really looks different from the time I saw him in army, well, he is studying optometry in aust, good stuff man. Got a good discount and left happy with Bo to the lib which we borrowed some books.

Meeting my friend today really made me thought of the importance of friendship on the ride home. Friendship is really a very strange and wonderful thing. Its so because, the people you meet have absolutely no obligation to start a conversation with you, encourage you, help you and listen to you talk about all the shit when you are feeling down and of course to share all the joy with you.

Friendship is really held by a thin line and its really up the 2 individuals to maintain this thin, strong yet fragile line. I would say, it takes 2 hands to clap, and if only one hand moves all the time, its gonna get tired real soon and lose interest in maintaining this friendship. Yet, if both hand moves, both will see the importance of the friendship and will place it at an important part of thier lives.

I really feel guilty not being able to meet up with all my friends and of course losing contact with some of them, they have some point in my life affected me and of course shaped my character in all my 21 years living on this planet. Like what I told my friends, believe it or not, the character of an individual is made up by the people that he met over the years. I don't really know the defintion of friendship but I guess, I didn't appreciate some of my peers and well of course lost thier trust, sadly...ok crap...

I think some of you people think this is crap, ah well, it made me think at least. Alright, have fun! Enjoy life always!!

Lost in Space

Lol seems like i've been spending the last few days getting in touch with the kid inside me man....
1stly on tues i went back to Bishan wif some of my sec sch frens to have lunch at S-11 and xiang2 dang1 nian2 (reminisce) about our youthful and not-so-innocent days in RI.....

Ended up talking about all kinds of cock like who the chio teachers were and about the time in sec 4 when my class caught some junior wanking off in the toilet haha.....

But man i think RI boys are being pampered too much man.... bloody hell the entire RI is like air-conditioned now... what the hell.... man young people nowadays arh... *cough*wheeze*cough*.....

And yeah man today i finally went to see the Art of Starwars exhibition at the science centre....... haha and the weird thing was that even though me and my friends went there to see the starwars exhibit we spended up more time looking at the science centre exhibits instead.....

haha but granted the fact that i havent been to the science centre since like...... primary school..... it was nice to see the new(and old) exhibits after so many years.......

Having fun wif optical illusions at the sci centre!

The infamous lightsabre

Running around in circles....

Woo went for the standard charted marathon wif Som today.... haha quite shiok man. in fact i would reccomend it to everyone out there.... go for next yrs standard charted marathon man...it's good stuff haha....
Why? lets just say that even if you don't complete your run..... its worth to go just for the view haha.....

Man now that the CA's are over i finally have the time to do all the stuff ive been waiting to do..... like read my Catch 22 and also learn a couple of new songs on the guitar... of cos there's still the bloody FRS haha.....

Man it seems like every tom dick and harry is like getting attached in medfac.... either everyone is getting despo or cupid is on permanant overtime haha....

But IMO it's better not to get attached at all then to get attached to the wrong girl.... cos as u can see girls can be damn mah fun...

2. A woman worries about the future until she gets a husband. A man never worries about the future until he gets a wife.

3. A successful man is one who makes more money than his wife can spend. A successful woman is one who can find such a man.

4. To be happy with a man you must understand him a lot and love him a little. To be happy with a woman you must love her a lot and not try to understand her at all.

5. Married men live longer than single men - but married men are a lot more willing to die.

6. Any married man should forget his mistakes - there's no use in two people remembering the same thing.

7. Men wake up as good-looking as they went to bed. Woman somehow deteriorate during the night.

8. A woman marries a man expecting he will change, but he doesn't. A man marries a woman expecting that she won't change and she does.

9. A woman has the last word in any argument. Anything a man says after that is the beginning of a new argument.

10. There are 2 times when a man doesn't understand a woman - before marriage and after marriage.

Lubricants........

Lol just came back from shoe shopping with leo....... and we had a pretty interesting encounter with the salesgirl at Watson's......

Cos u see, i needed to get some vaseline for my half marathon tml.... to apply over my axilla and inguinal regions so that i wouldn't get abrasions there over the long duration of the run....

Leo(to salesgirl): excuse me? do u have any petroleum jelly?

Me:Yah do you have any vaseline?

Salesgirl(wide eyed look): vaseline? ermm lemme check....

Just then i realised the weirdness of what we we're doing..... two guys.... buying lubricant together....hmmm.... lol.... well at least neither of us was holding a mineral water bottle haha....

At 1st i tot that the salesgirl was looking for the vaseline for us.... but apprently she was trying to ignore us..... oh well.... haha.....

Exams are over and so is Leonard, sadly, but well, for some people, its good stuff cuz that sucker who talks lots of cock and has an attitude problem is gonna die afterall! Right.
I'm so damm happy that I could spend my days just sitting infront of the computer doing nothing and going out with my friends without having to worry that I got tonnes of stuff to mug at home when I reach home. The day after exams, I was sitting infront of my PC, wondering what to do, yet, I felt super good man, having this feeling that I've got nothing to do at all! haha
Oh man, then I was watching this documentary on Katarina, the hurricane that hit the US. Well, they got this 3 star general to command the rescue operations and guess what this guy is a mad man. He thinks the hurricane is a conventional enemy, flanking them from sides and taking them head on to weaken the troops. This is crap man. Maybe I should tell you folks how I fought the exam paper as a conventional enemy.
Ok, lets just imagine that the paper's 40 questions are all your enemies. And well, they just came straight on to you.
I attacked them straight on, taking question 1 to 10 with caution and well, half way thru, I couldn't break thru question 9. So I decided to drop some air troops on question 40 and start attacking from the back. Unfortunately, at question 30, I got stuck, I decided to flank 30 and hit 29. I send my troops to provide suppressive fire on 28 and continue with 29. Just then, division told me that I had arty support so I rained some on 15 to 25. And well, in a while, the rest surrendered without much resistance.
Ok..if you think what I said was absurb...he sounded even more absurb. Ok..enough crap..thats it..Exams are over, so please do cheer up..life is good althought it may seem to sux from time to time. life is great....well..u heard it from the great pessimist..irony isn't it? haha
